🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on all domestic orders under the conditions below:

✅ Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

💳 Processing Fee

  • Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A shipping fee is applicable for exchange.

  • Our team will share bank details on WhatsApp for payment.

  • Send the payment screenshot to confirm your request.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Re-shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged after the fee is received.

  • Once the product passes QC (Quality Check), the new size will be dispatched within 3–4 working days.

💸 Refund Policy — No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Please Note

  • All sales are final.

  • No return or refund will be processed after delivery.

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Product descriptions must be read carefully before ordering.

Designer Products Disclaimer

Since many of our items are designer recreations or inspired by celebrity/Bollywood fashion:

  • Minor differences in handwork, patterns, or finishing may occur.

  • Products with beads, sequins, or delicate embroidery may have minor fall-off, which is normal.

  • Even with replacements, similar variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of these products.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We’re sad to see cancellations—but we understand!

🕐 Time Limit

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

💳 Prepaid Orders

  • You may request a credit note or a replacement product of the same value.

  • A 2–3% deduction applies to prepaid cancellations due to payment gateway charges.

📦 COD Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

  • You may also decline the parcel at the time of delivery.

🚫 Super Fashion-Initiated Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled by us due to:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment fraud or suspicious activity

Prepaid customers will receive a full refund in such cases.
